As an Australian myself, I can understand that sometimes the game is going lag. (European hosts are damn unplayable unfortunately.)
But I generally have a great connection with my US buddies.

Most of the cities are on the Eastern side. Perth is pretty much the only habitable place on the Western half of Australia and even then it's boring and overpriced and everyone goes to bed too early. Maybe I should just move to Melbourne. Or America

Thanks.  It was really fun, I didn't like the PPR for the longest time, but it grew on me eventually. Even though it is a Fisher Price toy.

Also great for practicing twitch shots and aim in general.

Question on the logistics of using TC with the PPR (I'm sure this has been covered in some thread somewhere, but I've never seen it, so apologies):

Has there been math done on whether your damage output is higher if you cloak and then start firing the PPR vs. firing the PPR, waiting for it to ramp up, and THEN cloaking?

tbh, I have never watched a gameplay video for more than 3 minutes  (not even at work...). The time I would spend watching I would rather spend playing the game itself.

I know that with my genetics and age (looking at you, Stardusk ), and the nearly 600 hours I have spent in game I would probably be "revered [by others] as a great player" if I had learnt from the materials available but I am content with the evolution I have gone through without all the tips and tricks.

Tbh in my understanding I have already become one of the best players of this game, as I enjoy it as much as a person possibly can and at the end of all things I think that is what "being good at a game" is all about: having fun and enjoying yourself and the company of others. I've found people in this game I would love meeting in person, and being an antisocial ****** in life, that is a really big deal.

For the purists: You don't need to open these threads and you don't have to watch the videos. Isn't that a relief?

Yes. I think rlro wanted to prove my competence to you but I kinda failed in these games (well I came in 4K behind you, but that was the best I could manage on that host)  We also played a few games with Jay, right? Damned lag. Though, if Jay had hosted I would probably have had better connection. I guess lag can't always be the excuse though... still pretty damn terrible with rlro.
