No matter how much you dislike Miranda, she was one of the most useful squadmates in ME2. You can use her no matter what class you choose. Especially on Hardcore and Insanity it's more important to strip shields and armor. She was really useful.
She's alone too, she doesn't really have anybody except her sister and her "best friend" turned on her anyway, and got killed in front of her face.
and of course...she's hot
Please Bioware we want a miranda Dlc

Speak for yourself. I thought Miranda was one of the weakest characters in the series. She was boring, and overall pretty shallow. She was fan service for the most part and not much more.
Never got why Jacob got so much hate, yet Miranda (who is every bit as boring) is given a free pass. I guess a fat ass, adds depth to some characters.

Because most people were paying attention to the nuances in her character that show up if you bother to pay attention. And I don't hate Jacob. One of the best characters in ME2 IF you don't romance him.
The only character that is really questionable is Allers... and that is because we already had a perfectly serviceable reporter that would have made far more sense in that role. Instead, to garner love from IGN, we had some lame attempt at shoehorning a minor... well maybecelebrity... into the game for no good reason. Emily Wong would have been a much better fit and already had history. As much flak as Vega gets, at least he actually adds some damn flavour and is unique. Allers is just a bad joke.

It's so frustrating to think of all the wasted potential ME3 had. Miranda as a squadmate makes more sense than pretty much every other character (including fan favorites like Garrus and Tali). I would fully support a DLC that gave ME2 characters their due.

I found her romance in ME3 very disappointing. It's not fair how some characters got so much more treatment than others. All the ME2 non-squaddie LI had terrible romance scenes in Me3.

Yeah, Miranda got a good amount of content in 2, but she was the most important squadmate in two, and she got almost no content in ME3. If it were not for her, Shepard would still be dead. She dedicated two years of her life to bring you back, when most people would have quit before the job was done. I think that it's probable that Miranda kept a good deal of the people who worked on Lazarus there. Even if it was just with her outfit. And while Liara helped Miranda recover Shepard's body, that was all she did. And then she had absolutely no reason to trust Cerberus. Instead, she the savior of the Citadel over to an organization that turned people into husks. I didn't trust her at all after I found out she gave you to Cerberus.
And, yeah, it is a bit of whining, because we care about the characters. We whine because we love the universe, and we want to see it improve. We want to see the characters who we came to care for. Who we related with. Who we respected. Who we wanted to have our Shepard spend time with People who affected our character in the game. For example. At first, my Shepard would not do a single renegade action. He would sooner cut off his own arm than do something renegade. But, through spending time with Miranda, Mordin, and Jack made him more willing to do some harsher things in order to protect those close to him. Not out of simply being a violent jerk. And, when I did a renegade run, I couldn't bring myself to be a jerk to a single member of my team. They'd all become friends in a sense. So, I wouldn't be a jerk to them. I'm talking about a Shepard who would be willing to make the batarian slavers look like saints if he thought it would accomplish his mission. And, throughout two, the characters managed to turn my renegade Shepard into a paragon one, while still maintaining some of his renegade traits.
In short, there's this much whining because the characters in two were ****ing awesome and they deserved more.
