If you include LotSB I think she's got the best written romance arc in the series. She is also around in all three games if you include LotSB. I also think she's the best looking out of the available LIs and owns in combat, though those last two wouldn't be enough to make her my favorite if I had thought her dialogue or story was lacking.

I really wish they had given the PC the option to romance Kasumi. She had such a fun, and sometimes sarcastic personality.  And, her devotion to Kaji shows her potential on the romance front.

5. Liara, up until ME3. Couldn't stand her favouritism in this game, and being forced to think of her instead of my Shep's LI in the vanilla endings. I still like her in ME/ME2, though.

I used to like Miranda, but then i watched the angry joe show and started to realise just how much her model looks like Michael Jackson.

1. Ashley- I like the path her character takes from extremely anti-alien in the beginning to the point where she considers Tali as like a sister by the last game. Plus, she's fun to argue with.

2. Jack- I just like mean women I suppose. Plus, again, her character grows.

3.Tali because she's Tali and I like geek girls too.

4. Miranda- because catsuit. Actually, she has some really good scenes and I like her character. Plus the catsuit.

5. Liara. She's alright, I just don't like the "You're the center of my world" type of romances much.
