[Metal-Three]

From hearing about other people's luck with store drops, I think that I actually have a pretty solid time-played to UR ratio.  I've only been buying VP's lately to max out my uncommons, but when I was buying SP's, I got a pretty solid number of UR guns (and both UR Volus kits, but I'm shelving those).  So I wanted to ask, do you guys think that level one is good enough on the weapons that I have to justify using them?

The Hurricane and Wraith are pretty awesome from the get-go, at least on silver, but I feel like the Saber and PPR aren't doing as well as they should for their UR status.  Also, I just unlocked the Scorpion and it is... quite heavy.  Would you use it at level one?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
