But to say the truth, even looking at the pic, I can't understand what the "personal annoyance remover" actually does. :-/

You'll find out once you use rally :P.

Basically, a lot of sustained skills have visual effects. Some of these, like making your weapon flame, are perfectly fine. Some cover the floor in a giant blob of colour. Some cover the floor in a giant blob of colour, and make a BOOM sound whenever someone enters or leaves the area of effect - and when moving around, your party members will be constantly moving in and out resulting in BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM

Yes, I do find Leliana's singing particularly terrific... I also dislike the flaming weapons - it makes you glow orange. Wardens from hell for the win!

You need to remember to make the mods you install "unabled" and "enable" them once you start your game. Otherwise the armor mods and such wont show up in your inventory :)

If you dont know how to do this, you unable and enable them inside the game.
Before you start the game there's an option which is called "Downloadeble Content", click there and unable every mod and enable them once you have started playing and ALL your armor, weapon mods and such will show up in your inventory!

Ok, ladies and gentlemen, I have a problem, or better, 2.
1) I've put the no-helmet mod in my override folder, but it doesn't work. I've read I should use some strange script in order to obtain a modified version of the mod file I've downloaded, but I'm not sure to have understood what I should do. Any help, please?
2) I've downloaded the Morrigan fix, then I went to download the ZDF fix and I've read these 2 lines:
"Morrigan Restoration Patch Fix Pack: ZDF should now be completely compatible with MRPFP." which I interpret like "go on, put this in your override folder and they both work"
then there is written "Terra_Ex's Morrigan Restoration Patch Dialog Fixpack has just been released as open beta. In order to use his mod with ZDF Addons or Complete, you must delete... ... ..." so... are they compatible (ie: I have just to put them both on my folder) or are they not (ie: I have to remove those enlisted files)? I'm quite confused o.O

Hm... I can't help with the helmets, unfortunately, as I simply don't wear them and thus don't need to use the mod.

As for Zevran's Dialogue Fix and Morrigan's Restoration Pack, the latter's page says this:

As of v2 of ZDF, there are no conflicts. (Any files with identical names have the same content - there is some intentional crossover between our mods.) The Morrigan Restoration Patch also contains some additional script fixes that restore some extra love triangle banters regarding Morrigan, Leliana & the Warden. Long story short - they both work perfectly side by side, no need to mess around deleting files and whatnot.

If you have the newest version of both patches, which I expect you do, there should be no conflicts. The latter you've mentioned is probably an old information that is no longer true. From my own experience, I have encountered no trouble, at least none that I know of, while using both at the same time.

Thank you! I've just downloaded both and put in my override folder. Hope it all works perfectly! ^^
Now I just have to find a solution for the no helmet mod. You may not wear any helmet but... what about your companions?

Hm, it depends. I don't give helmets to most of my companions. I prefer to see their faces. Sometimes I give helmets to two of them. Yes, it's because they're not exactly meant for eye candy and therefore covering their faces doesn't hurt that much. Still, I'm glad the helmets come off when you start a dialogue with them. That's the important part: No matter what you put on their heads, it disappears in the cutscenes. So the kissing scenes truly don't consist of two helmets clashing together.  And you can see your companions' faces and expressions during the dialogues.

The helmets are not even necessary, in my opinion. I don't even use the best armour in the game. My canon in particular finished the game in pretty much ordinary armour. There are all kinds of massive armours with nice bonuses, but my Alistair also wears quite ordinary heavy armour with a little bit of fire resistance towards the end of the game. The helmets don't make that much of a difference, in my opinion. It's true I haven't played on Nightmare difficulty yet.

It's a dazip, which don't go in your override folder. Rather, they're "installed" like a patch. You can either use a mod manager or the built-in daupdater.exe to install it. The latter's found in the bin_ship folder wherever you installed the game.

@ Vanilka: "So the kissing scenes truly don't consist of two helmets clashing together" :-D :-D :-D wonderful!
Well, maybe if you had the no-helmet mod installed, you could use helmet throughout the entire game!
"My canon in particular finished the game in pretty much ordinary armour" by the way, I surely need a mod to change those dreadful mage outfit. That multi-coloured tunic is awful!!! I hope someone has already tried to create something decent :-/

@Dainbramage: thank you! I just have to run daupdater.exe on that file to make it work?

By the way, yesterday I've installed the ZDF and the Morrigan Restoration Patch. I had to remove the ZDF. The MRP is localised, but the ZDF isn't. So I got each dialogue with a line in a language and the following in another. :-/ Maybe in a second playthrough, but for now, I like my game in a single language :-( Any possibility for a localised version also of that mod?

You aren't alone with your fashion tastes. As I recall, mage robe mods were among the first to be made. :D

Oh, come on, after playing NWN and NWN2, you still think DA:O robes and armours look bad?  There are some nice robes later in the game. I really like this one: dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Tevinter_Mage_Robes I also like the Chasind robes, but they have a deadly cleavage: dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Chasind_Robes Sure, you won't run around in high heels and party dress, but I don't remember if we've ever been able to do that. And if I would want to.

There are some mods that I know of, but not many:
http://dragonage.nex...s.com/mods/3595
http://dragonage.nex...s.com/mods/3294 Originally noble dresses.
http://dragonage.nex...s.com/mods/3553
http://dragonage.nex...s.com/mods/3127
http://dragonage.nex...s.com/mods/3258 As far as I know, it should contain armour and robes for all classes.
http://dragonage.nex...ds.com/mods/712

Hm, I don't really need the bonuses from the helmets and therefore see no reason to use yet another mod just to have them. Usually, if you get into a difficult fight, I don't think +2 willpower, or something, will win it for you. The mod is nice and everything, but I'm okay with not wearing a helmet and consequently not having their bonuses.

I'm sorry that ZDF doesn't work well for you. I must admit I didn't think of the fact you have a different language version. Unfortunately, I don't see any localised version in the downloads section. But you could contact ejoslin, the writer of the mod, about the problem. You won't get your localised version the moment you do that, but maybe she would be interested in making one. She seems pretty active. The last version of ZDF is from about two months ago, which I think is remarkable. Many mods just get created and then soon dropped. Not ejoslin's. She also frequents these forums. Her profile: http://social.bioware.com/361823/ She generally seems to be a very nice person. Maybe she might be interested in this issue.

" you won't run around in high heels and party dress" sure, you're right! That's what I'm missing. I need high heels! ^^
:-o oh my! I love some of the link you wrote. I especially love the 1st one, the 4th and the 5th. But how can I put them in my games? Should I use console commands or another mod? Uff, I hope I'll learn very soon all these details, I feel like a stupid every time I ask ^_^'

Thanks for the suggestion: I've just written to Ejoslin explaining the problem. I hope there could be an easy solution for that :-/
I'll update with the first official picture of Ozden ^^

EDIT
@Caradoc: Alistair with a robe? I thought those were just for mage... for FEMALE mage, to be precise...

Hey, nice to meet you Ozden! Hope you're having a good time! :wizard: (I've always wanted to use this emoticon. Oh, yeah.)

The installation is usually mentioned if you read the whole page of the mod you want to install. Or do you have any particular problem? Usually you have to either put them in the override folder or use daupdater to install them. Then they are available in the game, usually from a shop you can't miss or something.

Don't they? She usually ends up wearing Senior Enchanter's Robes or something in my game because cleavage and short skirts look so out of place on her. I have to agree with Zevran though. For a lady of her age, she does have a magnificent bosom. :D

Hehe, that she has. Zevran would have enjoyed a lot if she bantered with him like she did with Alistair. Alistair's just a little pike-twirler.

 Ah, I love the pike-twirler banter! Oghren had me for the first time. But Zevran does have some funny action with her. The banter where he gets her to explain her... uh... condition. That had me rolling.  Pity she dislikes him so much. They're fun to have together.

Girls, please, keep in mind I am at my first playthrough and specifically just after the tutorial. No spoiler, please ^_^'

Thanks for the links. The toolbar seems extremely useful (with my mage I was just wondering what to do once the 10 slots will be full [actually, only one left]) ^^

EDIT:
I'm adding a mod on my own. It has been frustrating to leave thousands of treasure chest there just because none is a thief. I've jsut installed this: dragonage.nexusmods.com/mods/301 I can't wait to try it! ^^

This isn't a spoiler, but I didn't learn it for three plays of the game.

If there is space to the right of your toolbar, place the cursor on the right edge of the toolbar. Wiggle it around until you see the cursor change shape. Hold on the mouse button and stretch the toolbar all the way across your screen. You now have many more slots.

I hope that is useful.
