We see here, that Leliana is wearing Seeker armour, suggesting she's is a Seeker.

As I recall from Gaider's post, she is not a Seeker.

She is a seeker aka "Rise of the Seeker" I think he just meant she is not just a seeker. Something that is apparent at the end of the Dragon Age movie.

I think judging by that movie she is a rogue! My opinion. I guess we wont know until DA3 is announced, assuming she is a companion. I am 95% sure she will be!

Cassandra is obviously a Seeker. Gaider was referring to Leliana not being a Seeker. She's the Right Hand of the Divine and the Seeker's report directly to the Divine, explaining why she was wearing the Seeker armor while not being an actual Seeker.

She is both, definitively, go see the movie: Dragon Age Dawn of the Seeker

She moves like rogue but she knows her way around with a shield.

She is an overpowered Mary Sue in that movie. The movie isn`t canon either, so I guess its invalid.

Didn't watch the special featuers did ya?

the devs said the movie was completely separate from the games, so.

And that has what to do with it not being canon when it was stated my Laidlaw it was a canon story in Dragon Age?

They said books, comics and the movie follows a different canon. If Laidlaw said something else, they changed their stance on it later.

No, what they said is that its canon but its made to not heavily impact the games.  ...Except Asunder and the comic series impact DAO pretty significantly.  So.. *shrug*

No. Someone started a thread awhile back. Mostly whining about how they would have to buy comics, books, and the movie in order to get the "full" dragon age story. One of the developers said the books, the movie, and the comics follow a different canon than the games.

Looked to me like a rogue with a berserker specialization.

They said it was optional, not different.

I'm pretty sure she's a warrior? Correct me if I'm wrong but in Dawn of the Seeker didn't she wield a 2 Handed sword?

In the world of fantasy, there are rules that don't always make sense--like druids can't use swords unless they're scimitars, for example.  One of those rules that are rules but don't really make sense are "rogues can't use shields".  Cassandra can use a shield.  Therefore she is not a rogue.

She has the athleticism of a rogue, you might say.  Fair enough.  But there is no rule saying a warrior can't be particularly agile.  So she remains a warrior.

The only thing that will keep her from being a warrior is if there are too many other characters planned for the party that are more obviously warriors.  Cassandra's rogue potential could shift her to a more stand-up kind of rogue.  You know, the rogue that dodges a lot and uses swords instead of being all sneaky.  It could happen.  But I'm going to guess she's a warrior.

Dual wielding warrior maybe. I think the concept art for the anime only drew her light armor for the sake of "traveling gear". Otherwise, she fights with  a variety warrior setups, dual longswords and sword and shield,  maybe a 2hander at times, wearing Seeker plate.

Besides, she's not the most sneaky or crafty of Seeker operatives, like Leliana is. She's pissed off and angry and will beat people's head most of the time. Warrior :D
