As much as I would love for this to happen, it's highly unlikely due to Linux's lack of support for DX rendering, among other things. Although... word on the grapevine says that DX11 may be coming to Linux, but not to XP (ironically). So who knows?

Not worth the investment. Not many linux gamers to start with and even if there were enough most people running it are on low budget computers that couldn't handle a frostbite game anyways.

As much as people like to proclaim their love of Linux, I find it a headache to work with even with the various graphical interfaces. The thing that makes it flexible is the same thing that makes it a headache; a lack of standardization.
