Hi
It's the girl whose making the underwater game again! Well the dead line is coming up and we want to add a beginning BIK video to our game.
We followed this tutorial

But for some reason the sound plays, but the screen is black.
Anyone know what is causing this?

I've done this a few times, don't remember having any problems with it.  Make sure the codec you're recording the raw file in is really something that the bink program can process.  I believe there's a button in the program that allows you to look at the incoming video's codec and stuff like that.
