So about the DLC.Is it all stand-alone?Is it new quests in the middle of the main campaign?and if it is standalone should i play it before the campaign,in middle or after?I wanna play the whole package in a correct order from a story aspect

I don't think there is a direct story path. It seems you can go where ever you want whenever you want for the most part. Certain places change after your visit as well. It's like the dlc were just add-ons to introduce new material for use during the original campaign. I have not found an online guide giving a sequence of places to visit in a particular order.

Leliana's song, golems of amgarrak, witch hunt, and darkspawn chronicles are standalone campaigns. Awakening is an expansion. While the rest are in-game quests and items.
The proper order for a DA2 import would be Origins -> Awakening -> GoA -> Witchunt, which also happens to be the chronological order. Leliana's song takes place before Origins which gives a little backstory about one of your companions, which you may or may not want to do first. Darkspawn chronicles puts you into a parallel universe, different from the lore universe.
