Seconded. The last time there was comment on this issue one of the mods said it was a tax issue. I don't know how Amazon and Games for Windows can function with APO billing addresses but BioWare is so flustered by the issue.

It's BS. xbox live is the same way. Whatever, they're just losing money. There's thousands of military members and dependents stationed in APO/FPO areas. This is just bad business. It's almost February and this isn't fixed yet.

Anyone know if APO/FPO has been added to the billing list?

You'd think of all the corporations out there EA would be pretty quick to provide a simple billing adjustment. Tax issues cannot be that complicated, WE HAVE NO SALES TAX

I don't know why, but I got it to work using an APO address before, but ended up paying in Korean currency.
That was when I added points for Warden's Keep. I can't seem to get it to work now though.

Now when I try it I get this message: The unit price is not valid for the given currency.
Sad.

I can't believe there is still no support for APO/FPO's on the Bioware store. Seriously how incompetent are the people running this anyway? I have been waiting since last fall for them to add this functionality. I absolutely cannot purchase Bioware points AT ALL, because the Bioware store will not accept payment from my credit card nor from Paypal!! All
they need to do is add the ability to select APO/FPO as the "state" like every other online retailer, but they cant seem to manage it... absolutely freaking ridiculous!

It cant be all that tough for them to change how their billing works, plenty of companys out there allow APO addresses.

Guys, nobody from support seems to be reading this forum anymore cause other prople have had problems with other issues and points and nobody replied. My advice is do as we did and contact directly with a support agent by going eadragonage.custhelp.com/ then choose Email us and tell them your problem. Hope they can help you like they did with us.

If you are having an issue purchasing the points through BioWare's store, have you tried purchasing them through Origin?
There are 2 packages available through http://store.origin.com
800 BioWare points for $10 USD
1600 BioWare points for $20 USD

On a related note, does anybody know how to get any of EA's websites to display in English from overseas? I found a button labeled "English", but it just takes me to the same page in the same language that I am still unable to understand.
