 i have complet the game. i am at ilussive man base and i have repaers on all the planet allmost but i dont see the 
leviathan and omega dlc. i have it installed do i need to play the game one more time complet? for new game????

i have complet the game before those dlc was availeble

You should get a message on your Private Terminal that tells you about them. To access them you need to go to the Citadel and choose Bryson's Lab to start Leviathan or Dock 42 to start Omega.

If they're not showing up/not getting the messages then you need to check to make sure they're installed.

If you have started the Chronos Station already or at Priority Earth then you will have to wait until you beat the game which will kick you back to just before the assault on Chronos or start a new game and you will be able to do them after completing Palaven.

As above, you have to check the email before the mission will be available.
