Ya know, regardless of how Mass Effect 3 turned out storywise?

I know I'm gonna wait this time around. I'm curious about the next game but I won't allow myself to become impulsive again.

See, the way I see it is, Bioware makes the same profit from pre-orders that they do on regular sales (until the sale price is dropped anyways), as a result, if I am likely to buy a game, i might as well pre-order it to get the pre-order bonus.


HOWEVER: if another major title that catches my eye is being released the same month, I have no problem letting ME4 sitting at EBGAMES for a few months while i enjoy other titles.

Even though I am wary, I am almost positive I will. It will depend on what direction they decide to take it.

What can I say, I like playing games, and ME is one of my favorites.

I dunno, same rule with the rest of the games:
If it has my attention and I have money to waste, yes. Otherwise I'll wait until the price goes down.

pre-order? I think the bigger question is, will i buy it at all.

to much false advertising, and to much butchering of what ME was from the start for me to
consider there games, trust might be earned back. but thats a small and rocky road.

Sometimes reviewers already review the game before release date. Ever heard of early copies? IGN recently got one for Far Cry 3. For the price to drop...that, is an anomaly.

Don't pre-order, ME4 will go from $99 down to $30 in a month or two.
