I thought I had registered the game on the site, but it is still not registering.
Could anyone from Australia tell me if/how they registered the game. In the bar code example they give there are 12 numbers, my Australian CE has 13.

Er perhaps the easiest way is through the EA chat support. They can activate content so they should be able to manually enter your sales code.
