total talent you can have at lvl25 is 32 with plot. my rouge, i focus on dex and cunning but in the end, i also increase my str to around 31 to wquip swords or axe. but i still find dagger best for duel wielding. my spec is assasin and duelist but i did not spend any point on duelist as i was trying to get achievement with my run through. all rough talent, all duel wielding talent and assasin talent took up 32. given a choice, i will skip evasion, feign death, last lockpicking and duel wielding mastery for duelist talent. but overall, my rouge is quite good.
