I can't do anything on the site when I use IE8 as it doesn't keep me logged in. I've cleared
cookies but it did not help. Anytime I do ANYTHING on the site, it asks me to
log in again. The site is non functional when I use IE8. I have tried 4
times to make this post but everytime I hit post, it kicks me out again and
I need to log in which clears the whole post. I just switched over to Firefox which works fine, allowing me to actually make this post. I couldn't even post using IE.

We are trying to get to the bottom of this bug but have had a lot of trouble reproducing it.



Can someone who is having this issue confirm/contradict if unchecking the "Remember Me" box when logging in causes them not to be constantly logged out?



@Koralis: It is possible to create a link in your signature that would take you to "logout.php" but someone would need to click on the link to be logged out.

@Craig: Does the logging out issue happen to you constantly or intermittently? Is your Safari/ipod touch on a wifi network, and if it is have you tried it on a different wifi network?

Thanks for the info.  That's a good idea to test out.  Could you please ping social.bioware.com and tell me the min, max and average round trip times?

Following are instructions how to do this in Windows:

• open a Command Prompt (Start->All Programs->Accessories->Command Prompt)
• type: ping social.bioware.com
• then record the numbers next to Minimum, Maximum and Average and post them here when you can login again

Anyone who is constantly being logged out when "Remember Me" is NOT checked off.  During one of these periods of being constantly logged out could you please record your ping times and post them along with your ISPs company name.
