Are you sure she can't? I mean the Incendiary/Warp bug is hardly what you should balance a character around. Because if you considered that, every kit with Warp would be pretty much OPBB (beyond belief).

What I mean to say is: If she can one-clip a Banshee on Plat with a Reegar, then it's 100% due to a buggy game mechanic and not  because of TC. That's just the icing on the cake.

Defending a bugged character, unbelievable.

Oh, stop that already.
Not everyone plays platinum, and not with a reegar.
Not everyone has an unlimited supply of level IV ammo or wants to exploit the incendiary bug.
She is bugged because her tactical cloak doesn't grant weapon damage bonus, as it should do, or is that on other infiltrators a gift feature?
If you are fine with it, more power to you, but she's bugged.
I assume you were okay with the vanguard glitch back when it wasn't fixed right? Because if you played as host it was fine, wasn't it?
Even the Atlas shadow strike bug is fine, too OP teleporting behind the atlas...the thing you could do!!!
Also, the incendiary bug is fine then, magnet hands were fine, I don't get why they fixed them...you just needed to be not so close to the banshee and puff, problem solved. Even the invincible enemy glitch is fine, people should learn not to grab things while they're affected by a biotic explosion.

You see? everything's fine. Bugs are the excuse for people who should learn to play, obviously.

She needs flare. Then she'll be balanced.

Performance is irrelevant. If there is a bug in the character's abilities they should be fixed.

I'm not expecting the fix to happen on Tuesday, but it should still be fixed.

If it is a bug, they would have acknowledged it as such. I think it is working as intended.

Just waiting for a tooltip change to reflect only affecting powers and a "Working as intended" from BW :)
I like her just the way she is. Just think, if her TC worked with weapons too, she would have all the benefits of biotics with none of the drawbacks of weapon weight as long as you TC+Cast everything. Balance is everything, also correct wording/icons on powers, *nudge* *nudge* @BW

The AR icon is bad, I agree.

No, if it was intentional they would have acknowledged it already.

Since they have kept silent something is wrong. They dont know how to fix it and have decided that the best way to deal with it is to say nothing.

Then why not word it correctly? Why release a character with such misleading tooltips? Can't be that hard to change the wording?

I just don't see how "working as intended" makes sense in this case.

Actually, this pretty much.

And if even that sounds more likely than that it was intentional.

Because Bioware has always acknowledged bugs within the first 6 days of them being posted on the forums?

There is no real evidence of this being intentional or of it being a bug.

It makes sense, in fact when some people claimed the health gate was broken, while it was working as intended, bioware remained silent...
oh wait, they promptly wrote on the forum instead...
how much time did they take to acknowledge the vanguard bug? or the blade armor bug? or the various other bugs like the ULMs? I'm sure not less than a week.
However if this turns out to be working as intended I promise I'll recognize you were right, right before opening a thread asking for a "level IV ammo only" new store pack.

I always treat asari as biotics first, weapons are the icing on the cake. Doesn't bother me one bit, Dark Channel is amazing. If you rely so heavily on a buff to weapon damage from TC, are you sure you're playing to that character's strengths? Maybe not all infiltrators have to play the same, just a thought.

She's still playable, as much as say the Kroguard was before its rage was fixed. Still better after his bugs were fixed and more enjoyable.

I don't know about everyone else but her and the drell was the two characters I was looking forward too the most. And I was looking forward to utilizing the warp ammo and biotic prime with TC benefits. Warp is to easily dodged, so her main power is DC and you play her just like all the other Infiltrators with instant powers. Like I said, she's playable and does well, but I prefer her not to be bugged and have TC give weapon damage.

Just as with the Kroguard, she'll be a little more enjoyable when she's fixed.

See, to me it's the EXACT opposite. They haven't said anything yet because it is a bug. If it weren't they'd have no problem just saying it is as is even with everyone complaining. They haven't replied because I'm pretty sure this can't just be fixed via balance update. This'll actually require a patch which is not easy to do at all because of consoles.

The actual performance of the character, no. The fact that Bioware didn't catch it after all this time though, and hasn't addressed it is a little bothersome.

Not the least bit bothered. I think she is fine as it is -- even if I have two minor quibbles:

1- She's very, very good at what she does best; and not so good if you deviate even a little.

2- The description on her TC should be clear on what bonuses it gives. That is why so many people say she's bugged, and that is not an unreasonable conclusion.

I want it fixed because the evolution says +40% damage, but it doesn't give it. Simple as that.

I would be fine if it was +40% power damage, or BE damage... but when something claims it gives a benefit, that gives no benefit, clearly needs to be fixed. This is not a matter of opinion, this is not debatable, this is the way the world works.

I like her, but I don't like having evolutions chosen for me because the other option doesn't work. Look no farther than the Justicar's rank 5 duration evolution that was broken, it forced you to take headshots.... that's stupid.

I'm bothered by the fact that her powers don't match their description.

She's awesome nevertheless.

I'm not bothered by her broken and unbalanced TC.
I'm not using her until she's fixed because as is she's not an infiltrator. She's a caster that can hide.

They fix her TC so that like every other class the damage boost is applied to all sources and I bet she'll get that spark she's missing.

So yeah, not using the broken bish.
Just saying...
