He's not talking about people giving their opinions. That's what this thread is about. An inquiry about future DLC. Not sure how you can do it in one line, but that is not the point.

He (and I) is talking about this mongoloid train, a.k.a. the quote pyramid.

Well, I just did - and I won a Batarian squadmate to boot. How's that not awesome?

Okay, it isn't. But hey - I have to get my entertainment from somewhere. BioWare games are certainly not the answer.

Absolutely. I partake in my fair share of trololo on this forum. Acting like an idiot is kind of my thing 'round these here parts, but the quote pyramid is just weaksauce. Lowest form of trolling.

Quote pyramids qualify as trolling now?

Must've missed that memo.

What else would you call it? All it does is completely derail a thread.

I'd call it all kinds of things, but not trolling. Or apple pie. It's definately not apple pie.

The two are not mutually exclusive: The honest opinion fit within sentiment of the quote.

Thanks for the name calling, however. We appreciate it because it brings so much value to an open forum.

Anyone who thinks a quote pyramid constitutes as "giving an honest opinion" deserves to be called a mongoloid.

By "win" do people mean no consequence LI reunion? Somehow blow up the reapers with their guns in a final assault?

If so find another series. Winning does not have to feel good to be winning.

Enhanced Edition with extra dialog options, new N7 quests that need to be discovered, and war assets that can be seen in cinematics and summoned on the Earth battlefield.

Unless you enjoy getting banned, I'd suggest not participating in the stupidity of the quote pryamid.

I'm thinking of reporting people. Would this protect the thread or attract the angry mods?

For giving you an honest opinion?

People would appreciate a DLC that applied the things that were learned during the game:
-Reapers are weak while priming to fire.
-Cains can kill Reapers on the ground
-Looks like ships can maneuver better but Reaper have better shields.
-Also looks like Alliance ships take less time to fire.
-Council space also has anti-indoctrination fields developed but not perfected and distributed.

60000 Reapers (19000+ Sov, 35000+ Destr) vs 10000 Victory Fleet Ship's that know where to shoot?
Stop shooting at their strongest points. Use better targeting. VF needs Reaper shields.
Winnable in a fair game.

No, for spamming the thread with a single quote. I understand and I agree with JadeBaby, but I'm not gonna go into whether the endings were good or bad(bad) as that is..not the point of this thread. I suggest you do the same as there's really no point in doing so, mah boi.

I really wish there were more people defending a conventional (or 99.99% conventional) victory without using stupid arguments. It weakens the concept more than it strengthens it.

Since most responses to a well-reasoned theory are along the lines of "it's impossible because you're a BioWare-hating doodyface", I'm not surprised few people bother anymore.

I haven't seen any responses to well-reasoned theories because I haven't seen any well-reasoned theories. Why don't you give me a quick summery for me of how it could be done? I promise you I'll make no such dismissive comments.

It's not possible because stablished cannon makes it impossible. What else do you need?

lol it would attract the angry mobs, as it's a lousy thing to report people for, if they agree with the sentiment then why should they be able to join to horde?

It's BioWare's own fault for not having any "like" or "agree" buttons.

What about being  able to use the crucible to bring down the Reapers shields? Aka, their only defense.
Then we could end them ala Sovereign in ME1. It'd have a sensse of thing coming full-circle would it not?

Not trying to silence them or anything. You're right on that "Like/Agree" thing, BUT is it too difficult to agree in silence? Just nod your head and say "yeeeah, I agree with that", instead of endlessly quoting something. It is pointless. Subjectively, you think you're right about the "Win" thing, so the approval brings something to you. It is not necessary if you're right.

PS: You're right.

Idea: Kai Leng gets a proper introduction ingame in a whole DLC where he also displays actual competence.
Takes place before Priority: Citadel.

Absolutely not. The endings may suck, but they at least give justification for why the choices and the options to affect the Reapers exist in the first place. The Crucible's introduction is horrible as it is, and this would turn it into an even bigger Deus Ex Machina.

Cerberus Chronicles DLC (yes I know, everyone's favorite terrorist spotlight stealers)

It would be similar to the idea of "The Darkspawn Chronicles" in Dragon Age, except it isn't a side story. You play as Kai Leng (plays like an N7 Slayer) through levels against the Alliance and Reapers and it actually explains why Cerberus was constantly attacking Shepard and how they planned to take control of the Reapers.

Except the last level, you get to play as Leng on Cronos and you can actually succeed in killing Shepard and the squadmates (who hasn't wanted to stick a sword in Liara or one of the others just once?).
