Play The Walking Dead.
Yes, nothing anybody makes will ever be as good as this. Especially story based games like BioWare makes. Its not worth the risk.

...why such sarcasm, why do you think just because I'd like to play a zombie game that's not all qte or left4dead7, that I'd like to be with one romantically? All I'm saying is it be awesome roaming around looking for supplies/survivors/ect during a zombie game
Day Z Arma 2 mod?

Plus there's not a lot of exploration in the walking dead game, I like to explore and in that game I'm held back by annoying invisible barriers
Becuase 'The Walking Dead' is a modern version of classic point and click adventure game, and a very limited one when it comes to any kind of exploration, inventory management etc. Not to mention there is no character building at all.
So if you're looking for an zombie RPG all you can do now is wait for the 'Dead State' game.

A mercenary zombie fond of waxing lyrical about past exploits
A Licentious zombie (with exposed skeleton?)
A comedic zombie
A whiny Carth Zombie

There is too much zombie stuff on the market as it is. Go play Dead Island, The Walking Dead, Deadlight, or any number of indie games on Steam or XBox Live, etc...
THIS ALSO BELONGS IN THE OFF-TOPIC SECTION , OP.

The only zombies I want to see in DA is the return of the animate dead spell.

I never really "got" zombies. Any monster I can defeat by poking with a stick, or by slowly walking away from, just doesn't do it for me.
I agree you don't get zombies. Zombies are scary because they lead to the break down of civilization. They provide just enough threat to make people frightened and violent, and that's not something you can defeat.

While QTE are not the most riveting of gameplay mechanics, I think they have a place. The only game that made me hate its QTE was Indigo Prophecy (Fahrenheit).
I don't like them myself, but I think they can be a way to show nifty animations that the player simply wouldn't be able to perform wih a controller or K&M--and involve the player, so they feel like they're actually doing it.
I think the worst use I've come across is Sonic Unleashed. At the very end of the game, you have to press "X" 40 times. 40 times.
I can't tell you how many times I fought that final boss. Many, that's for sure.
