The engineer was considered as a she and called "Lucy" because her markings were pink and she was quite protective in battle.
My gethfiltrator was jokingly called "This Platform".
My geth trooper is Fred and he likes barbecues.

Anyways...
Engineer - Upgrade (considering he is a mechanic platform)
Trooper Soldier - Terabyte (considering he is a high-power weapons platform)
Infiltrator - Matrix (considering he can warp his appearance using electronic power matrices)

I like the approach of naming them after what their fellow N7s choose to call them. If I ever unlock any other Geth I may give that a go.

If you'r looking for biblical or demonic names though, I'd suggest Mammon, Belial, Beelzebub, Abaddon, Behemoth, Fenrir, Loki, Azi Dahaka, Pazuzu, or Sammael(believed the original name of Satan).

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seraph#Origins_and_development
Wikipedia says it literally means "burning ones", with "Seraph" being singular.
Given the plural nature of geth programs, Seraphim seems like a good name for the Geth Trooper. =)
My names aren't currently lore-friendly. So please excuse me. =)
The Infiltrator is "D-Cell" because of the batteries used in flashlights.
The Engineer is "Gethhead" because he OVERLOADS.
The Trooper is "The Green Bin" because it looks like he can burn and mel(ee)t things into compost.
This thread got me thinking! I'm going to change the Trooper to "Seraphim".
