nope. people in my post have reported that it does NOT work. The DLC must be purchased same as the region the game related to. EG AUS game requires AUS dlc codes and AUS psn.
i'm welcome to be proven wrong but at the moment many have reported this as a problem.

So the DLC has been postponed, no wonder I can't find it for 360 and pc on the servers.
