They could use the maps, weapons and powers but they couldn't use the models.Sesquipedalian4 wrote...
Bioware! Make this already! Please! The powers are good(bioware might add some new ones of their own), The maps and weapons are not only great but wanted, and the models for the characters are AWESOME!

Wait... Why not? I know the Cerberus Armor and Female Turian are already in the SP, so they have those as options. Not sure about the Salarian though.

One thing for sure, we need Turian Females and more Salarians.

Devs can't take ideas directly from users or fans due to some type of legal BS. However, there is a loophole to where they can use ELEMENTS from the idea, they just can't use it directly.Sesquipedalian4 wrote...

Yeah, but these are bioware's models, so can't they use them? Along with the powers bioware made, Biotic Protector and Flare?

Love the banner and the models, I was wondering how'd you get the models in the first place? I was trying to replicate what you did but I couldn't find a way.

I'm not sure how I kept overlooking this thread, but it's great! I'd look forward to play as the Turian Adept and Salarian Sentinel, and the Ajax Engineer.

I posted the models/armors of the characters here. If you've seen my Terminus Pack, I did something similar for my own characters.
Models can be extracted from the game (obviously only works with PC version). You can follow JeanLuc761's tutorial on how to extract 3D meshes from the game, and import them into a 3D program, along with how to texture the models.
Mass Effect 3 DLC content requires another step though. The only way I know of to extract the 3d models from DLC is to use the ME3Explorer project.

BTW, I've got pictures of some armors if you want to use them. I simply extracted ME3 files and rendered the models using 3DS Max 9. The Salarian armor, I actually customized by moving around some of his armor pieces to give him a more armored appearance. Chameleonbot, feel free to use the pictures
Turian Cabal Adept
Salarian STG Operative Soldier
Ex-Cerberus Annihilator Engineer (Male)
Oh, d*mn. I'm just saying this so no one goes "you copied someone else's idea" or something; I planned on creating my own dlc, and these three character models were included. Admittedly, I probably shouldn't have been dragging my feet so much (I've been working on it for a month or two), but I've been keeping an eye on this, and I had no clue it changed to include an Ex-Cerb Engineer and that OP caved to use the hooded Nyreen model.
*holds up hands*
Just saying.
Edit: There's something...off about that Salarian model, though. Can't put my finger on it.

No wonder it looked familiar, thanks Soja!

I didn't include the hooded Nyreen model, I'd like to keep that outfit unique to her.
Same reason why I wouldn't want to use Liara's lab coat/armour for a character.

Would it be possible to slide Adjutants into the maps? Only these new ones, say put them in every 2 rounds starting with round 5, but having them regardless, so they're not affiliated with any enemy faction? Kind of like a harzard or something?
Secondly, some people were talking about the legality of this, bioware could do with you Chameleonbot what was done in the Dredd film.
That was, all those called the 'Dredd Army' guys on forums & whatnot that were promoting the film had thier screenname inserted into the film somewhere, so as an acknowledgment, the bioware devs could slip your name in on a wall as graffitti or something.
Just my thoughts
