I'd say Ashley and Shepard. That's why you always see them doing it in the trailers and whatnot.

Although Miranda and Shepard are in second place. They were also prominently displayed in trailers.

A pile of dust and random atoms  Whatever floats your boat

That pile of dust got the spotlight treatment as a leading lady in ME3.

Both Ashley and Miranda have been displayed on covers as well.

So both are the photogenic girlfriends but overall the edge goes to Ashley.

Ok lets be honest here, Liara was definately the leading lady in ME3.  Ashley was that girl who you used to like but now she's just weird.

Harbinger is just some geriatric old Reaper with a God-complex. The image of him pissing his metal pants as the destroy wave rushes towards him is hugely satisfying.

You're toying with things you don't undertand, with power you shouldn't have ( I hate that line, a LOT, Renegade options and then for the last one the non charm paragon option, much more satisfying)
