"PayPal gateway rejected the request. Declined: 10417-The transaction cannot complete successfully"


I get this error only on Bioware store,
How to fix this.

I was getting a paypal error too, but it was a different one (about a duplicate invoice ID). I too only get it on the Bioware store, and had a long conversation with staff and did all they suggested, but could not find a fix no matter what. They ended up ordering for me, which I appreciate of course but seems the store is bugged for me forever.
The only thing I can suggest is open a support ticket too. Send a screenshot of the error and explain it.
