The quarian minigun was confirmed to be the Adas rifle, but they decided against releasing it. 

OT: I can't wait for the character, I don't get all the Tac-Scan hate (long cooldown? please<_<) , Turian soldier trading weapon damage and stability for evade, take weapons that benefit from stability on Turian and ones that don't, such as claymore, on Quarian

I gotta ask why on earth do people want the drell? Seriously ok so TC is a standard for infiltrators that's a given but the last one we got (Huntress) her TC is having issues. Homing Grenades are not that great even on the N7 Demolisher and she's a grenade bot. Recon Mine  is usefull, tactical, has a awesome mushroom cloud explosion but its on a 6 sec cool down with 200% cool down rate. Unless they give him the same damage bonus they buffed the other 2 with or give him 500/500 base health and shields I just don't see how he's Gold viable.

Provided the TC on the drell isn't broken, recon mine will be much more effective on the drell than the Volus engineer since it will not only get a 40-80% damage boost depending on spec, but also TC will override it's very high cooldown. Concerning homing grenades, Demolisher does not have TC for damage boost. 
Also infiltrator with passive +20% movement speed, put on adrenaline 3

Do want. Although, I'm already predicting a bunch of threads about how he sucks, because he won't be easy mode. Also, there's only a 20% chance that we're actually getting him. Probably less if people are actually interested in him.

Might be why he hasn't been unlocked yet if there is issues with TC like the huntress. All in all he sounds like a natural born glass cannon good for killin bad for your Medi-Gel reserves.

I think Marksman on certain guns which already have noticeable recoil or not-great stability won't be as effective on the Quarian as much as Turians. The faster the ROF, the more recoil you will get. The Turians' built in stability bonus rectifies this issue for the most part.

This is why I'll simply use a 3/6/6/6/5 build. (3 into Marksman) and take a shotgun or the PPR.

Marksman will only be used for short bursts of increased DPS or instant clip refills or for starting the weapon recharge.

You know, Salarians, the innovative council race. That can't figure out how to do more character classes than the Volus, who have barely a role in the Reaper War at all?
