As the title says, do any of the mp changes update to sp?
Like singularity now
is much more useful, as well as I would much prefer the accolyte as a non charge pistol.
Does any of the power our weapon changes get updated to SP?

No they largely do not.
The guns that get ported over to SP are usually their release versions, so if they have gotten buffs or nerfs in MP it doesn't matter. Also don't always get bug fixes (see Typhoon recoil bug).
The only power change that got carried over to SP was the change to Fire Explosion combos. You don't have to kill the target to set off the explosion.

Ah well that is very unfortunate.
I would keep single player exciting especially when they could keep powers/guns up to date and useful instead of broken in one way our the other, not to mention ask tyre new stuff that is always introduced.

Not only the fire explosions I think. Balance changes - only MP. Patch changes (like the fire explosions) - both SP and MP.
