And the armoured troll you can see at the Bioware page looks also a bit similar to the battle trolls you can build in that games.

Has somebody noticed that the music at the end of the Trailer seems to be from the "Battle for Middle-Earth" games.
I knew i heard that before...oh how I hated those games but still had to play them

*spoilers*
It seems that-
*Alistair is king
*Oghren is general of the king's forces(one of his endings)
*The Warden is alive and decided to rebuild the Grey Wardens
*Both Alistair and the Warden are alive.... that means... yep, there is a crazy witch running around with a demon child
*end spoilers*
I sure don't want to be forced into an ending. Everyone made different choices...

and speaking of morrigan. i don't think she'll make appearance, but maybe she'll be mentioned and also have some connection to the architect.
*SPOILER*
if morrigan makes an appearance, then maybe we'll have to protect her from the architect, because his goal is to eradicate all the remaining old gods, and morrigan's child is a being with a soul of an old god (i suppose her child is a key to destroying the darkspawn)
*SPOILER ENDS HERE*

at :37 in the trailer...is that Zevren standing with the PC, Ogrhren and the mage?
It's a dual-wielding male elf rogue...so either Bioware are messing with us about the one returning companion, or we can look forward to 'Vezran', Zevran's long-lost twin brother.

2) $40 is the price of a game not an expansion. If this is the price then I would expect at least 75% of the play time the actual game gave. Anything less would be a rip off.
I expect to be cheaper..like you are saying, 40 $ is near to a entire new pc game's price..and well 15 hours is a good expansion..but i repeat i expect cheaper.
The problem is that there is so much people paying happily 5-6 $ for 1 hour DLC..do the counts. I said before, 10 DLC at 5$, 50$ ...for 10 hours of duration. If this addon really cost 40 and gives you 15 hours..of course the people so much happy with actual dlc addon, will be also happy...of course not me:bandit:
But well, perhaps is better to expecto confirmation, now is time to go to Pearl to celebrate :innocent:..where is Oghren, lets go to get some drinks.

I think Return to Ostagar may be better off being combined with this expansion pack, and just integrate the story.
Can't WAIT to see the Architect in the flesh, among 'other' characters.
P.S. Will we get a new class ? Monk ?

Yay, I can finally talk about what I've been working away at.
Some random answers to questions brought up (obviously I can't answer everything):
* Choices in Origins definitely are recognized in the expansion.
* You do import all of your gear from Origins, but not from the chest in Soldier's Peak. But you can always pull out what you like, save, then import that save.
* You can't play an Orlesian Grey Warden in Origins.
* Amaranthine is indeed the coastal arling that once belonged to Rendon Howe. And, of course, everyone will speak with a Jamaican accent. OK, maybe that last part isn't true.
i love you!
Mass Effect 2
God of War 3
Dragon age Awakening
Geez .. I need to work more!
