That part's pretty easy. Power bonuses apply to all powers including grenades, etc. Casting, throwing, doesn't matter.

Biotic power increases ONLY apply to biotics (warp, throw, pull, reave, etc.)0. Similarly Tech power increases only apply to tech (inferno, cryo, overload, energy drain, etc.)

This is why Adaptive War amp and Engineering kit are at 15%, they are specific to what they boost. So if you have a adept or engineer they get the best benneifit from these gears.

Something like Mental focuser only provides 12% as it's a general power booster that applies to powers no matter their class tree.

tl:dr version, if it says biotich or tech it applies only to those class of powers; if it says power it's a general booster that applies to all powers.

Oh I would grab her if it were at all possible.

Also you can't do MAD SCIENCE without being prepared to sacrifice a few civilizations worth of people! Or galaxies! Heck give me enough time and resources and I'll see if I can reverse the expansion of the universe, invert it and doom us all!
