It could be a while. We've found some technical issues with that fix that could prevent us from fixing it through live updates.

Yes it will reload his weapon.

Don't understand why they didn't simply half the damage of the Acolyte and doubled the damage bonus against shields and barriers.

We are not able to do that with live updates.

Didn't see anything on the update, so now I'm a bit concerned... 

We are investigating this issue. She is supposed to have a weapon damage bonus from her cloak just like regular cloak, so this is a bug.
