Aka, he has less shields than my QMI with 4 ranks in fitness.
Once again Bioware, awesome job with the new character.

The QM is such a useless character because of it.

Better botched than delayed.

Yeah, it's pretty odd. Wouldn't soldiers be the tankier classes, traditionally speaking?
Quarian Soldiers? Tankier? Naw.
Did you play the game beyond MP?

But this isn't how it works. Honestly it is somewhat peculiar that he has lower numbers.

He only has 22.5% weapon damage in his passives. Hsol 27.5, tursol 37.5. Squishy low damage soldier. Is there any reason to play him over the tsol, hsol or destroyer?
nope. The cooldown on sabotage is too high plus they should have given him adrenaline rush instead

TacScan group buff with sabotage on top?

Starts with base 500 shield instead of 600 like all other Quarians, oops.
That would explain it then. He does have quarian male fitness though (+50% @ rank 4, +75% @ rank 6).

If I use sabotage then I'll have to wait an exceedingly long time to use his one good power marksman. The animation is too long on tac scan to use on anything other than bosses. If I put points into these powers I have to take them out of fitness and passives making them even more pitiful.Dorje Sylas wrote...

He combines Tactical Scan and Marksman. I'm basing his emcumbrance off the Infiltrator since I dunno what his is but with a Typhoon X, the heaviest AR that I know of, and nothing else, TacScan has a 2.22s cooldown and gives a 32.5% multiplicative bonus to damage.
He works in a way akin to the Turian Soldier, except with a much faster and stronger debuff than Proximity mine and a completely different support power.

I guess this explains why they got kicked off their own home planet.
