We're thinking about more of an offensive buff to compensate for his lack of shields.
Just give him original Turian buffed Passives and he'll be perfect.

Eric... kudos for being the tip of the spear getting hammered away at, and yet responding politely.

Yes, an unfortunate oversight
We are discussing some form of compensation for him since we can't change health/shields through live updates.

I am pro-this. He needs more offense, since I think Turian Soldier outclasses him in many ways with their abilities as they are currently. He would be an interesting choice for a soldier with lower shields but very high offense. A new glass cannon perhaps.Eric Fagnan wrote...

I don't quite understand all the fuss over 100 shields. Nearly all the humans have 500 base and of course drell and vorcha have even less. And 100 shields is such a pitiful amount when playing higher difficulties.
So the answer to this is that BW is thinking of doing something to his offense to compensate for the 100 less shields. That sounds awesome, seriously, it does, and I totally approve of such a move. But what exactly balances the OG humans who essentially excel at nothing? Is there any reason to ever play them? They do not even have their own challenges.

Honestly, Eric, I would much rather a real patch than "creative" fixes. It just creates more weirdness and exceptions in a game that has plenty of them already.
How do you think players who don't come on this forum are gonna know this stuff? It's not like Joe Blow ME3MP guy is gonna know that the Huntress doesn't get weapon bonus like every other Infiltrator but that that's why her passive weapon damage (or whatever you guys decide to do) is higher.
I'd much rather things just actually work the way they were intended to. Any idea on how soon a real patches that fixes some of this stuff could happen? Or do we just get to accept all these screw ups until ME4 (and maybe even not have them fixed then)?

When I first read this, my first thought was: "What is she, going blind? Ooooh, never mind..."
