he needs more shields, he is by far the squishiest soldier. Your gonna take some damage when using marksman.

Quarians are fragile by nature a fitness buff would be unreasonable.
Offensive buff either for Weapon usage or (~dreaming~) a huge Sabotage buff

I like the way ya think he's maybe a soldier don't mean he has to be "tough" cause he's a quarian, and all isntead he coudl be reliably mroe potant as a side lien troop etc. there are more than 1 form of soldiers etc. ya know, even that man that can drive a tank is a soldier in exampel
