So it is minor dialogue changes then. The outcomes are the same i guess though. On thessia Javik is almost mandatory and a no brainer not to take him along with Liara.Mcfly616 wrote...
considering you can only take 2 squadmates with you on each mission, and the variation in outcomes of certain missions....seeing "all there is" in 2 playthroughs, isn't even possible. Lolioannisdenton wrote...
again i ask.. seriously??? what are the new things cause in my 2 lengthy thorough playthroghs with 2 different sheps one paragn the other renegade i saw all that there is.Mcfly616 wrote...
same here. On my 12th playthrough now(10 since the EC was released), and I see new scenes or hear new dialogue in every playthrough. Maybe the people that say theres no variety in this game, are those that spoiled it all for themselves on YouTube. Or maybe they just haven't played the game more than once or twice to experience all the different little things that change on every playthrough.Brovikk Rasputin wrote...
I'll start my 8th playthrough today. Amazing game. I keep discovering new stuff every time I play.

well they just managed to sell more copies of their mag.
Bioware was always going to tell their story. I never expected anything life altering from decisions. Though I always knew they'd change the details and effect the way in which the story played out. And they do. You ask: who's going to choose anything other than Geth/Quarian peace? who wouldn't do the loyalty missions? Etc etc....well, probably someone who likes to see the many different ways the story can play out.ioannisdenton wrote...

Suppose an outcome would be different then it would be great. But the genophage will always end in the same 2 ways and always one is going to broker a peace with Geth Quarians.
Sadly past Bioware games used to be more complex than just minot dialogue changes.
Why would someone prefer one to another since he can have both?
this is like in Me2; who would not do loyal missions or not assemble a team or sell Legion or Not wake grunt?
For he record i ve played Me2 7 times and i enjoyed all of them and me3 2 times and i enjoyed the second one with the EC.
and get hits onlinedreamgazer wrote...

Just because certain variations are more often chosen than others, doesn't mean that variation is lacking.(its awesome seeing Kirrahe speaking to his STG troops on Priority Earth in place of Wrex and his Krogan battalion) Bioware deserves the credit for implementing something that has never been done over the course of a trilogy
uhm...no...the idea is pretty much the same but the result is gained through different venuesdreamgazer wrote...

It'll gain hits, sure, but it certainly won't spike sales or subscriptions.
There's a difference between cynically scoring a popular franchise low (which is pretty much how Forbes gamed the system and spiked subscribers during the more volatile days of ME3 discussion), and emphasizing a "controversial" bit of storytelling as the year's best.

I've heard only a small amount of criticism concerning that game. I may check it out when I get some MS points.

I am....I know it will not actually rise subscriptions or boost individual sales (I worked at games top after all) but the truth is GI never mentioned ANY of ME3 flaws and to this day still does not so I have to wonder if this was not planned from the beginningdreamgazer wrote...

Well, that's simply inaccurate, but knock yourself out buddy.
Unless, of course, you're referring to ad revenue on the site, to which you're partially correct.

I keep wondering just how much egocentric (or plain stupid) a person must be to think that becuase a gaming site/magazine has an opinion that is different from this it must have been paid off.

It's pitiful, really.
