Because it doesn't mean anything, is not stolen from any game or other medium, and I like it.

People kept asking me if I were latino/spanish/etc. with my old screen name, so several years ago I switched to Rebel Raven due to my enjoyment of early Armored Core games, and the Human Plus project in them.

I always just think up my names. Not hard to do. Just take a couple of cool words and put them together. I get messages all the time on the Ecksbawks saying how cool my name is.

I like werewolves and see the world as more grey than black and white. Grey Lycanthrope was taken however, so my friends suggested changing "thrope" to "trope" as a pun/reference for my love of figures of speech. Kinda stuck, I am rather fond of it.

My name on here is a word I made up; Pretentious, I know. It's a combination on amniotic, like the fluid in the womb, and amnesiac, my favorite Radiohead album and an all around cool word. It popped into my head one day how we all seem to forget just how blissful being an infant is, like we all grow up and forget the womb.

My PSN name H0muncul0u5, is NOT taken from Full Metal Alchemist. A homunculus is used to describe a representation of a human being. Wikipedia has a cool write-up. Also, a favorite fictional character of mine is Roger the Homunculous from Hellboy.

Well I have been using TchockTckocky for a while now for both my Xbox GT and usernames it's a reference to my favorite band Radiohead. I started listening to them back in 08 when I was 16 during a bad period in my life due to a thyroid problem that made my life sh** and I guess listening to their albums helped and took a lot of my mind and I thought both Tchock and Tchocky sounded badass so I combined both names and started using it.

I got mine from a Neal Stephenson book, but Edgar Allen Poe originally came up with it. I started using it on FO3Nexus and the Bethesda forums when I got into modding. I would use it for my Origin tag but it's already taken, so I went with Hyperperistalsis, an old one from my TF2/CounterStrike days. I thought I made it up but apparently its an actual medical term.

Annomander is adapted from a character in a series of novels, written by Steven Erikson.

The character in the novels is called Anomander Rake

He is the leader of the Tiste Andii, an elder race and wields a sword that imprisons the souls of those slain by it.

He is all round a pretty badass character, who's eyes change colour depending on the mood he is in.

I was just so overcome with how badass he was when I finished the first novel, entitled "Gardens Of the Moon" that I decided that it would make a great screen name for my video game characters.

I was first known as Annomander on the Last Man Standing community run tournaments of the original Unreal Tournament, and the name has been retained ever since.

I have a variety of random names I use for various games/services/ETC. Never good to use one everywhere.

As for the name here on BSN? I dunno. I just typed it.

My Origin name? The story begins in the twelfth century and involves a shotgun, a shower, and a lot of smoke grenades.

If you like Final Fantasy, isn't Lightning Cloud a combination of the names of two major characters from the IP?

Lightning from FFXIII was the reason for the first name, along with Lightning Flash Asuna from Sword Art Online, but I've never played FFVII. Cloud is actually my name.

lol one of my closest friend's name is Cloud.

Also, SA:O ;)

A friend created a GFWL account for me a while ago. he chose this name and I have been using this for my other accounts.

I once asked him why he chose this name and he said he tried sveral names and they were all taken and then he saw the words 'Mind' and 'Fane' on some magazine that was near him and he used it.

I have no idea. I was probably impatient and typed this in. I am trying to get it changed now since I have learned it is possible.

I love the Beatles and Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band is one of their albums, released in June (6th month of the year) of 1967. I originally wanted it to just be SgtPepper or Sgt Pepper, but those were taken so I had to add numbers (unfortunately, haha). This is when I was making my Gamertag on Xbox. I just used the same name for everything else.
