I registered an account and redeemed my Stone Prisoner promo code, but it didn't show up in the 'Registered Game Promotions" list. The code itself is still registered as used, though. Then, I discovered that if I log out then back in again, my promotions show up just fine, but my entire game persona goes missing. The profile is restored when I click "Online Profile" in-game, but then the promotions are missing again. Naturally, the DLC download doesn't work in either case. I just want my DLCs to work.
