...And tie all the loose ends up.

I have currently bought 0 DLC's and haven't dived into MP since mid year. But that will all change if I can get a few simple explanations and exposition that wraps up the lingering questions left by ME3 with the EC.

I don't expect it to be something as complicated and grand as IT or Puzzle Theory. But I really hope the writers at BioWare make the strongest effort to flesh out their thematic decisions with as much context and tie the three games together in a compelling "reaper - arc".

:)

Can't wait to hear about this next DLC it's gonna be a big one!

You, me, and a TON of other people feel the same way man...

I wont touch anything Bioware makes unless they address that huge elephant in the room :?

Personally I don't care how they do it, IT, puzzle thing, or just a face value explanation of events. I just don't want to feel like sh*t whenever I get to Priority: Earth...

Same here. I haven't bought any of the DLC (SP or MP) from Bioware for ME3. I'm not getting my hopes up though, Bioware's stance on the ending is already clear and after the EC and Omega I'm really not going to buying into the Bioware hype machine anymore. They seem to have lost all sense of direction with their own story.

I've bought and downloaded Leviathan. But I didn't feel the motivation to replay the game once more, so it's just sitting there. Omega? Didn't buy it. I've moved on to other games now.
I'm a bit excited about this DLC, still hanging to the hope that BW will do the right thing and deliver a final expansion that makes the game as emotionally rewarding as it should be. If that happens, I'll replay it once more. If not, I'll just youtube it and move on.

My guess is a remake of Losts final episode... then right at the end you have shep pizza looking up at space after he crashed and burned when the SR1 exploded.

It's gonna be big or at least it's gonna have squaddies at least! We'll see, pretty excited myself.

They already said multiples times they won't do anything with the ending now. It's over, deal with it.

If this is the "last" DLC, then is this really the "last" we see of Shepard? Ever?

If so, then this DLC has a lot riding on it.

Since this is probably the last of Shepard and crew we are ever going to see, I'll admit I still have the deluded hope that this will be a "Search & Rescue Shepard" DLC (yeah i know, high EMS Destroy only).

There would be no Shepard in it, we would be playing in turn as squadmates and NPCs through a multifold intricated plot, as we struggle to search and rescue Shepard. LI, if any, would pick Shepard up from those rubbles.

And then, only over the last 15 minutes, would we take control back as Shepard, for that "one year later" scene.

That is all.

Unfortunetly, they are never changing the ending, so I doubt it will 'tie up the loose ends'. They've debunked indoctrination theory already, which was really our only hope, silly as it was.

I imagine it will be a side arc of some sort.

If it´s going to have slides again... if it´s going to salvage ending into some normal form maybe... but I wouldn´t be surprised if they did same what to DA2.

When, where, how ?

As far I know they said that IT is still viable explanation...

Contradiction strong in BioWare...

I don't expect this to be primarily an ending DLC, but considering doing Leviathan was acknowledged in starkid's dialogue, I put a lot of credence in the idea that doing all DLC will open a 5th ending choice.

I have not bought a Mass Effect DLC (or any other ME product) since seeing ME3's ending, and until ME3 is given an ending that is minimally acceptable to a Paragon player (a non-Geth/EDI-sacrificing Destroy or, preferably, a successful Refuse--you know, an ending that does NOT require Shepard to urinate on his own moral code and fly in the face of the themes and ideals of the entire series), it's staying that way. I'll be happy to become a Mass Effect customer once I have an ending that, if not good (let's face it, as long as Bioware's sticking with the Leviathan-Starchild crap, it's never going to be good), is at least tolerable, and I'll even show my gratitude at that point by purchasing Leviathan and Omega, even though they're shockingly inferior examples of writing.

But I doubt Bioware will give me any cause to do so. They've shown ample times by now that they do not care at all about the quality of their creation, only about maintaining their massive ego.

I've only missed Omega and that was because it just doesn't interest me, so they wouldn't gain much from following my request... But i'll try it anyway.

Oh sorry, not explicitly anywhere, because they wanted to retain that as a way for people to head cannon the ending, but implicitly by the nature of the way they changed the ending with the extended cut (by adding scenes), by Leviathan, and by directly showing what happens after you may your decision.

Sounds intriguing, but I'll get it day one, but only after I get an idea of how it is considering Omega's disappointing plot.
