Sounds intriguing, but I'll get it day one, but only after I get an idea of how it is considering Omega's disappointing plot.

I don't believe Omega was made by the same team.

What I really hope they'll do is give hints or suggestion that will "introduce" ME4.

They must cave, eventually.  The economics to fix the endings are too compelling.

Dunno as i cant stand ME3 as it is let alone the ending travesty and that had all the writers involved........but remember to take what they say with a grain of salt.....there pre release jargon before ME3 cant be forgot and how about Omega being the biggest dlc yet and strong( 2hrs30mins of linear shooting, cant use other dlc with it,nothing changes and nyreen is available2/4 missions)......

Since this is probably the last of Shepard and crew we are ever going to see, I'll admit I still have the deluded hope that this will be a "Search & Rescue Shepard" DLC (yeah i know, high EMS Destroy only).

There would be no Shepard in it, we would be playing in turn as squadmates and NPCs through a multifold intricated plot, as we struggle to search and rescue Shepard. LI, if any, would pick Shepard up from those rubbles.

And then, only over the last 15 minutes, would we take control back as Shepard, for that "one year later" scene.

That is all.

I'd be okay with this =]

Can't quite believe people still cling on to the idea that some magic DLC is going to arrive that will make everything better.........Mass3 ended and Shepard's story is finished........the reason why it's"all hands on deck" for the next DLC is probably due to speed reasons,Bioware can't do anything till a script is produced.

I've bought and downloaded Leviathan. But I didn't feel the motivation to replay the game once more, so it's just sitting there. Omega? Didn't buy it. I've moved on to other games now.
I'm a bit excited about this DLC, still hanging to the hope that BW will do the right thing and deliver a final expansion that makes the game as emotionally rewarding as it should be. If that happens, I'll replay it once more. If not, I'll just youtube it and move on.

This, every word of it.

Except I probably won't YouTube it.

If this is the "last" DLC, then is this really the "last" we see of Shepard? Ever?

Yup. Last mission we will be able to use our Shep in. (if this DLC really is the last one of course). The end is near, I wasn't even thinking about it when ME3 released since I knew there would be DLC to come, but now, I feel sad :( So many years with my Shep :(

A post-ending DLC would be nice.

Sheppard is alive if you chose the destruction ending. With the Cerberus base taken, the Alliance now has the tech to repair all damages to Sheppard's body. So, it could be a team effort to secure Sheppard's body and rebuild it while fighting Cerberus along the way.

Than Sheppard could go on and have his blu babies in a world at peace. ;)

A DLC that has a big payoff for all that time and money I've invested into this series. ...must not mention the ending .... argh!!...

The Leviathan's take advantage to post ending chaos and uses the Crucible to enslave the Galaxy. Now it’s up to Normandy's crew to stop it.

It will be a disappointment. All BioWare is doing is hyping their DLC like they always do. It will suck.

Not a bad idea there

I really want to believe that Bioware is coming back to their RPG roots.. I really want to. But until they give me evidence of that I must remain cynical, and meet this DLC with skepticism.

...And tie all the loose ends up.

I have currently bought 0 DLC's and haven't dived into MP since mid year. But that will all change if I can get a few simple explanations and exposition that wraps up the lingering questions left by ME3 with the EC.

I don't expect it to be something as complicated and grand as IT or Puzzle Theory. But I really hope the writers at BioWare make the strongest effort to flesh out their thematic decisions with as much context and tie the three games together in a compelling "reaper - arc".

:)

Can't wait to hear about this next DLC it's gonna be a big one!

You, me, and a TON of other people feel the same way man...

I wont touch anything Bioware makes unless they address that huge elephant in the room :?

Personally I don't care how they do it, IT, puzzle thing, or just a face value explanation of events. I just don't want to feel like sh*t whenever I get to Priority: Earth...

Hm, yeah I had doubts I was the only one :)

its not even a matter of fixing. The themes and ideas are quite solid when you factor in Leviathan, a mad AI controlling the reapers and all of that.

Logically though, the logic of the universe is inconsistent and therefore needs WAY more exposition to tie all of the "wait, what?" moments and the three games together.

I hope it will tie up some loose ends, revamp priority earth, post ending DLC, something. If that is the case, and its any good, i might just travel to the states to kiss Mr Priestly on the lips. Although Ms Merizan sounds like the better choice, still, i'd kiss just about any bioware employee ;)
