I had the time of my life trying to make the toolset work on my pc after downloading it from Bioware as it would only install and then disappear without a trace. It was installed somewhere in DA game but I could not find it. I spent at least a day installing it and uninstalling along with my game as I was reading the instructions that had worked for other people. I was going ragged trying to make it work when I stumbled across a tip from a person that had gone through what I did. The solution was very simple. It appears that the (SQL server 2005 express) is somehow not being installed by the toolset upon installation into the PC. The tip was to download it direct from Microsoft which I did, and the toolset installed like a charm, and I was able to find it sitting pretty in the bin_ship part of the game. I hope this helps someone going thru what I did and it saves you a lot of headache and stress.
