HELP!!! Cant find The Presence in the ruins?

anyone know where the presence is in the ruins to get the arcane warrior spec? Ive cleared the whole dungeon part and finished that quest line.

In a phylactery. There are two phylacteries in the ruin. One will be the presence; I think it's in a smallish room on the same floor as the urn/fountain/altar room. There is a smaller altar in the room with the phylactery. The other one's on the same floor in a different room. It's cold to the touch and contains a . . . surprise. Save before you touch it.

ok im in the room with a broken stone altar i see no vial, and when i click on the altar just says looks like theirs an indent.

press tab and you'll see the thing near the altar, in the same room
