Uh, I'm on PS3 and A) Lone Wolf was the first banner I got, and  I see people displaying it ALL the time.

I don't play my best every single game. Shocking I know coming from one of the "Best of the Best". Guess unless I top every game with a Predator and no mods I must be a terrible player.

I have several classes I can tear it up with but I would rather mix it up and change my style every couple games to keep it fresh. This means I could be at the bottom of the score board. Does that mean I am a bad player?

Anybody who can move, fire a gun and get behind cover has the potential to solo platinum. Just kite all the enemies around and slowly kill them one by one. It require a bit more skill than other challenges, but you don't have to be mlg legit to do it.

You should try soloing Platinum some time. The enemies have other plans for you during those three hours.

IMO the banners actually make you a WORSE player. Unless you're a glutton for punishment you're going to grind these 200 wave crap out on bronze/silver instead of gold/platinum. All that time spent on the lower difficulties means you get MIGHTY rusty.
