If I can attempt to clarify

IssacShep is saying that IT'ers love the ending BECAUSE of IT

Doomsday is saying IT'ers love the ending because it IS indoctrination

I think that may clear it up. Thus, the question posed again, if you remove IT and just take the literal interpretation I am more than sure that a majority of IT'ers would be dissatisfied with the ending.

The literal ending outright contradicts the lore.

Yet you ITers have no issues of other contradictions of lore/continuity like "ah yes reapers", Derperus Sith Empire, Prothean demise being retconned from a surprise decapitation strike to not having embraced diversity, Reapers no longer caring about using the citadel to shut down the relays, etc.

Face it, you guys are butthurt that your wish fulfillment power trip came to an abrupt end with the ending and are now desperately trying to cope with it with your "theory".

garbage because everything you've just said is contradicted by one thing in the game.

The breath scene.

Anyone who still thinks everything happening in green or blue ending is real is living in cloud cookoo land.  Understanding red is what we're about.

Throw in the towel for what? We're not even in the ring.

You sure ?, The topic is the ring and you are in it. Anything but indeference from a literalist proves some doubt, the acceptance that bioware could confirm any side or leave it open.

IT is an interpretation based on details in the official lore, nobody is throwing any towell until the referee calls the winner.

It doesn't look good for your side.
Referee is counting to 0 "10, 9, 8, 7 , 6, 5 ,4, 3, "

You do realise you missed the point, IT doesn't explain any of that.
Calling someone a troll for pointing out what you did is silly.

Can that be reversed, I wonder? Does that mean you're having doubts about IT?

I don't say this often but LOLWUT?

Doesn't  hallucination IT implies that everything after the beam never happened and starkid is harbinger trying to indoctrinate shepard??

Leviathan DLC establishes that the intelligence exists. also establish for good that the problem is synthetics vs organics (although I don';t like it).

IT is a valid interpretation but not necessarily the hallucination theory.

What ever was the problem with "ah yes, Reapers"? "We all lie to ourselves to deal with horror." explains such things very well.

Cerberus has been going down the drain ever since we first heard of them. It's a perfectly logical development. The end of ME2 (TIM wanting to preserve the human Reaper) perfectly foreshadowed the way things would go next.

Reapers could have not shut down the relays because

1. They could not - Keepers no longer respond to the signal, remember?
2. They didn't want to - perhaps they decided that instead of fighting a war of attrition, like in previous cycles, that this time around (because the races are more united than usual) they needed to take out all the galactic fleets in one decisive battle. What better way than to lure them all into a trap on Earth?

Protheans did get 'decapitated'. They were isolated and in disarray. It just took a while for the Reapers to finish the remnants, because of the size of the empire.

I see no contradictions in these things at all.

The -only- problem I have with the writing in ME3 is the appearance of the Rachni queen if you killed her.

Yet Sovereign, 1 Reaper was able to lock all the relays down around the citadel keeping the alliance fleet out.
Shepard had to unlock it.
Remember?
Yes let's change our tactics so our enemy can move freely and destroy our capital ships a lot easier.
It's not like we're trying to preserve their races or anything.

Disproving indoctrination theory is harder than proving it. Anything presented as evidence against can be argued as an attempt by the Reapers to hide their ever increasing influence. Depending on how much metagaming is required, even the devs saying it's false could be taken as an attempt to discourage you from loking into it further. But if they say that IT is the real ending, well, that's about the end of the debate.

So yeah, BioWare can simply prove it.
