Sooo.... Are online profile updates pretty much shot, then?

I play for several hours a day, so many opportunities for auto-updating.
Looking at my profile, I see:
Statistics
Last updated 2009-12-16 21:40:30
Heck, I've got characters thad did a complete run through the game and haven't appeared on the online profile...
I know it can't be 'traffic issues' every time, unless the servers are woefully underpowered for the task. Given the many hours at all times of day or night when I could potentially connect / update, I have to assume something is simply broken (added to by the frequent in-game "cannot connect" messages).
Is there any official status on this?
Thanks...

No one ever mentions this, but I've found, 100% without fail, that when I enable the dev console (by adjusting the launch properties of the .exe), my profile doesn't update. when i disable it, everything works again.

Make sure you're not automatically uploading screenshots, the option will be in the in-game options. Make sure you're logged in in-game, and it'll upload whatever character you play.
However, the site can only handle 100 total files from you, so if you happened to have "automatically upload screenshots" on for the majority of your playtime, your online storage will be full. In which case you go to your DA:O social page (accessible through the in-game options again), you can check how many files are uploaded for your account in Profile Diagnostics, and then you can go through your screenshots on this site and delete a bunch. Next character you play should be uploaded.

Started up the game, loaded my last save... tabbed out, archived everything in the save folder to a .rar file and then nuked it all.
Tabbed back to my game, saved manually a single time and then exited. Voila, it updated a minute later on the site. I've done this a couple times since, it seems to me there might be some sort problem with updating and lots of manual saves or something.

Hi, I was just wondering how do you delete your screenshots? I'm assuming you mean delete the screenshots which were automatically taken, in which case it says 'This is a Dragon Age
album and is not editable from the BioWare Community Network. If you
wish to add photos, please do so in the Dragon Age game.' if I try to edit it.
At any rate I don't think my storage is full, diagnostics shows I have 16 screenshots uploaded and 29 files in total in the storage. But I think I should try to give it a go, since my characters don't really get updated.

Whatever they are doing they need to revisit it as it isn't working for many people. I gave up on it a long time ago. Will probably get a lot worse soon with Mass Effect 2 coming out. I assume they are doing the same thing with that. It's a shame as it was a nice idea.
