Can someone explain to me please how to link a website and have it highlighted/clickable so that I don't have to make people copy and paste it in to their browser?

Enter the standard form for response (instead of quick reply).
Then type the sentence or word you want as the hyperlink, it may be as simple as "here"
So once you've typed it, highlight it and click the icon that looks like a globe entitled "Insert/Edit Link."
Then type the URL of where you want the link to go.
Voila, easy linking.
