 Hello!

Recently (November 28th to be precise) I ordered a woman's N7 lightweight hoodie. I have yet to recieve a shipping confirmation. I have also Emailed the support directly but have yet to get any sort of response. 

I was just wondering if the site problems/sales had any affect on the orders? 

Edit: Seems like I got my hoodie today o.o Without a Shipping Confirm ah well. IT'S MINEEE

Also! I try to check the status by clicking on the order number in the email and I receive this message: Request not found
You do not have access to request #200068310. It may have been solved or deleted.

haha, the same thing just happened to me =) it's actually a nice surprise as opposed to refreshing the fedex/ups site all day like i normally do
