Anyone else think they are going to use this weekend to gather data on which is the favorite Assault Rifle?



Maybe they'll see how damn overused the Harrier is and make some meaningful balance changes soon. And I don't mean to the Harrier: I'm talking about the Revenant. Has too many stupid crutches for the role it is meant to fill. It feels like a goddamn silver weapon at long ranges, and since it takes its sweet time doing all its dps per clip, gets you killed at close quarters. And that's just the tip of it.

I'm going to find as many people as possible to use the Avenger with me. I want to see if there is actually a correlation between amount a gun is used and whether or not it gets nerfed. If, on Tuesday, it does get nerfed, I will have succeeded.

Gah, no. I hate the harrier! I like stamina.

I'll prolly go demolisher with Typhoon. 'm considering the Argus as well. Dunno why, but I like the argus. Could mess around with the revenant. Now that I have my banner, It's all pretty up in the air, but the Harrier will be the last weapon I'd take into battle.

Saber, probably on the Demolisher, I like sniping with her, I like mail-slotting guardians, headshotting brutes and banshees, getting double hits on the Atlas, sticking saber rounds into the maw of the Praetorian, even headshotting a prime, it's all good. Plus all the other demi-bosses, like the ravagers, scions, etc. I'll keep my grenades close by for the Phantoms, but if she bubbles, she's dead. Harrier is OK, but I have a lot more fun with my Saber, might take a CSMG for mooks.

Oh and I'm not a hipster, just not all that wound up about the Harrier, it is one of many weapons I use, but not one of my favorites by any stretch of the imagination.

I'll prolly cycle through all those that I have, see how they fit with the destroyer. Might even run him with a Falcon with some ammo, get all the tasty 'splosions all over.
