You get them automatically once you start the game and log in with your EA/BSN account.

 My collector heart thanks you, BioWare! I like to obtain everything that I can, which generally creates a very distraught me when I have to choose where to order from and what items I'm going to miss out on.

Uhh... does anyone's items disappear suddenly in gameplay? Ex: I was captured as part of my origin and one I got all of my equipment back, some of it (the DLC) was missing. Any help on this?

Wow, That's Awesome! I lost access to all my preorder stuff of this when I upgraded from a 360 to a PS3 and had to rebuy DAO!

Thanks Bioware, Love Ya! Gives me an excuse to replay Origins and 2 again.
