I really don't understand why the first pack is only available to the ps3 people, I know in the past people were able to use some dr. pepper codes to get acess to them, and some found a way to exploite this. 
But... I think it would be something nice to have in mass effect 2, since its just somethings you find in mass effect 3.

Also I think it would be fun to bring a mass effect 3 pack into mass effect 2,
Mostly i'm talking about the blood pack weapons since they were inspided by the bloodpack who you get introduced to in mass effect 2.

I wholeheartedly agree. I love all the DLC for ME2, especially the armors and I have everything so far, except the three helmets from the Recon Operations Pack.
Like so many people, I wasn't able to get them through the Dr. Pepper promotion

I really want to get these helmets for Mass Effect 2, yes, all three Recon helmets are found in ME3 while playing, but the armor and lighting effects in ME2 are much better, the Recon Hood especially looks much better in ME2 than ME3, love the glowing eye lenses and I replay ME2 more than ME3. So, I would definitely buy the Recon Operations Pack for ME2 on PC, if only they would release it on the Cerberus Network as DLC.
