Honestly, that kit deserves a bit more credit at the moment. I've never died like... never in a game against Geth, but enemies seem to love ignoring him for some reason. Constant FEs with incinerate and ED are awesome. Just that decoy is close to useless... . It seems to work pretty well against hunters and pyros though (lol).

N7 Elite Marksman:
-Firing Stance: Character will crouch, gain a Paladin-like shield (with stagger immunity, but a lower health) covering the front 45 degrees of firing, also gains weapon stability and accuracy buffs, with the option to spec into headshot damage, further accuracy and stability buffs, or shield resistance and DR while active (which will protect from side-shots), shield cannot be rotated more than 45 degrees, and a force hit that misses the shield will break the stance.
-Frag Grenade (cannot be used in conjunction with Firing Stance)
-Proximity Scan: Grants the player vision of any enemy within a certain enemy for a short duration (about the same time as ARs base), also providing increased damage to all areas and an increased headshot bonus, at the cost of decreased shields and lowered movement speed. Can be specced to increase duration, range and damage bonuses, or to reduce the movement speed and shield decrease (both can go down to 50% of their original, so -10% movement and -25% shields). Can be used with Firing stance, however the shield decrease will also weaken the shield.

He would have the same dodging/rolling maneuvers as Drell (side and back flips and forward roll), his heavy melee attack would be the same as the N7 Shadow (lunging sword slash) and his light melee would either be a custom spinning slash - jumping spin-kick - flip kick (same as Drell's) combo or, to make it easier for Bioware, the same spin kick -flip kick combo that Drell have.
