All specced for damage reduction.
If I calculated that right, I would be taking only 18% of any damage, assuming that the damage reduction value of defense matrix would jump up 10% like it does with other defensive powers. Then I can trigger tech armor for damage, barrier for lift, or defense matrix for shield regen. Of course, there's the 160% slow to power usage, but that'd just be for triggering any of the powers.

Armour Lock (five points invested): The idea gained from a 21st century FPS, lock down your hardsuit to become impervious to assault while recharging shields.
Assassination (dumpstatted): Instantly kill your target with a well-aimed heavy melee combo.
Sword Mastery (six points invested): Become lethal with a monomolecular blade. Increases melee damage.
Cerberus N7 (four points invested): You can never be better than Commander Shepard, but you can get the drop on him with Cerberus training.

Elbow Crash (Vega does a charge at an enemy and crashes into them elbow first. Not an instant-charge, but a running one. It kinda fits Vega's reckless nature. Also this power replaces his Incendiary ammo since it is an ammo bonus in MP.)

For hero characters like Jack, Tali and so on... I think they could be entitled an extra power. X3 But otherwise... yeah... perhaps a bit much otherwise.

Flashbang Grenade: Essentially Kasumi's loyalty power from ME 2 minus the frag grenade option since that's already a power in ME 3. It will stun enemies in the radius as if they were hit with disruptor rounds or overload. Doesn't matter if the enemy has shields/barriers or not, they will get stunned. Does not work on armored targets.
