I want to get Elven ears that stick out further from the head, but I can't use the toolset because I get an error every time I try to open it.  Has/can anyone created a mod that makes it possible to make any head have those ears in character creation?  Note that my avatar has the ears that I want, and that she and another char of mine were one time downloads that only made it possible for those heads to have them.  I want to be able to use them in character creation with any city elf or dalish elf.  Thanks.

This mod www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php replaces all of the female presets for each race with "prettier" faces (YMMV, and you can always cherry pick which faces you want to replace), and all of the elf female heads have much more pronounced ears. You can adjust them as you wish in the chargen screen.

I believe this mod www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php adds new additional presets for all races and sexes, which also have more pronounced ears for elves.

I don't know of any mod yet that simply changes the elf ears to be larger.
