XPO Tracking

Hello, I ordered soemthing off of Bioware's Treehouse store about a week and a half ago and recieved an email with a tracking number, but it dosen't say where to enter it. My original order info said it was shipping via XPO (whom I've never heard of before) and I can't tell which of the many XPO's online it is. I've tried wuite a few things but now I'm out of ideas. A link to the correct website would be appreciated.

I live in Canada btw, shipping line says: XPO Can

Hi Dan,

Basically, Canada XPO is a service that ships to Canada, but Canada post delivers the final item. If you check the FAQ, it tells you that Canada shipments cannot be tracked until after they have cleared customs and been picked up by CP for delivery. This usually takes about 2 weeks, maybe longer during the holidays.

Thank you Ms D, so that tracking number will work with Canada Post's website once they have it?

It will work with Canada Post's website under "track by reference number". If you put it in now you might even be able to see that it's been electronically processed.

I lived in the Philippines and just received the same email for the item I ordered since November. But I didn't get any tracking number from the shipping service which is also XPO.

I have pretty much the same problem here. I got the tracking number, but I have no idea where to enter it. They are using the XPO Air International in this case. I have tried every page but it has all been in vain. Any help would be much appreciated!
